So what is Eat New York?
Well, we took on a renowned food and spirits writer Amy Zavatto and asked her to go and talk to all her restaurateur, critic and chef buddies and give us their ideas about the best places to eat in NYC.
So Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Anthony Bourdain, Jay McInerney, Daniel Boulud, Bill Buford, Wylie Dufresne and about 70 other names of note stepped up to the plate and gave us their recommendations.
!50 restaurants later, we have created the master list of NYC's most interesting eateries. Guess what, nothing in here's middle of the road - the food's great, the places amazing - and how do we know this - well because we sent Amy to go road test every single one of them...
